Facility:
Millers Lane Center takes great pride in protecting business belongings and provides state-of-the-art, around the clock security. Our building features coded access, fenced and well-lit facilities, and personal locks.  Security staff is employed around the clock to monitor the facility and have surveillance cameras to monitor and record activity.  Owners represent over 35 years in the warehouse business and have an established and extremely loyal customer base while providing real estate options for growing businesses.  Brown Cullen NPS has adequate space to operate and expand as needed within the Millers Lane Facility. 

Administration:
BC NPS is adding past customer files to NetSuite, the industry's first and only online business application that supports our entire company—from customer relationship management (CRM) to enterprise resource planning (ERP) to Web capabilities. NetSuite is the first and only web-based application to offer everything in a single, integrated and powerful solution. Additionally, NetSuite enables us to make better, faster decisions through real-time business intelligence vs. past decision making process that could take days / weeks.  What this means is sales representatives can view the complete customer record, including support cases, billing issues and more. Warehouse managers can view approved sales orders on their Dashboards, and accounting personnel are able to view support issues when calling customers to collect payments.

Management:
Effective July 3rd, 2007, Brown Cullen, Jr retired.  He started the company in 1979 and retired after selling the Company to NPS Development.
